Fixed-term contract, 9 months
The Digital Assistant for ENO is a temporary role and forms part of the continued digital transformation of the organisation. Reporting to the Digital Engagement Manager, this role requires a motivated and digitally-savvy individual to provide website and digital assistance to key projects in 2017/18.
The Digital Assistant will be responsible for daily website and CMS editing; delivering and commissioning quality digital and social content; and supporting SEO and PPC activity.
The role will suit a digital graduate with an interest in the arts and the ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- An ability to work independently using initiative as well as collaboratively with teams and other departments
- Experience of managing online content via content management systems (ideally WordPress)
- Excellent written (including copywriting) and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Basic image editing skills (e.g. Photoshop) and a knowledge of web image optimisation Understanding of digital analytics.
