An established online sports betting and gaming company are currently looking for a DMP Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operation of recently implemented Adobe Audience Manager.

The successful DMP Operations Manager will have a key input into Customer Segmentation, marketing, programmatic advertising and personalisation.

DMP Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Educate and enthuse stakeholders and the wider business about how DMP usage can improve customer experience, marketing and profitability
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Adobe and stay up to date on current and future developments of Adobe Audience Manager
  • Create traits within Adobe Audience Manager to ensure relevant data collection
  • Work with Product Owners and Marketing teams to develop long-term programmatic and segmentation strategies
  • Act as a point of escalation for any DMP queries

DMP Operations Manager Essential Skills/Experience

  • Expert knowledge of a Data Management Platform (ideally Adobe Audience Manager)
  • Strong experience in an enterprise ecommerce organisation
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and customer segmentation
  • Comfortable presenting data and strategy at all levels
  • A passion for digital marketing
