Marketing and Business Development Manager | Professional Services |Gatwick
My client is a high profile global accountancy and advisory firm with a reputation for innovation and exceptional client service.They are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing and Business Development Manager to cover their Gatwick and Guildford offices and national Not For Profit centre with regional hubs in London, Birmingham and Manchester.
You will support the offices to achieve their ambitious growth targets and have responsibility for managing business development and marketing activity within the geographic region. Critical to the success of this role will be your ability to drive the sales pipeline, whilst implementing both regional and sector focused campaigns.

Key responsibilities :
-Work with the partners to develop and deliver the marketing / BD strategy to support growth plans
-Proactively drive nominated managed clients and managed target programme within the sector
-;Leverage national campaigns and initiatives within the sector to drive a consistent brand message
-;Own the delivery of the regions flagship campaign
-Oversee the implementation of marketing activity, ensuring external collateral is brand compliant, and manage follow up activity to maximise and track/report ROI
-;Build a wealth of market intelligence and share information on market trends and opportunities, in order to support strategy development
-;Drive, track and report sales activity, ensuring a strong and robust pipeline that has momentum
-Be the go-to person for the status of relationships and opportunities and influence what happens next
-Collaborate with the central bids team and PIE BDM to create pursuit plans for local target organisations
-Gather client feedback using firm-wide mechanisms, and flag both key trends and isolated issues
-Optimise the use of digital marketing channels and integrate their use into all campaigns
-Develop relationships with trade journalists and write content for press releases with central support
The successful candidate:
-Ability to persuade, influence and challenge client-facing teams (including partners) in a constructive manner and identify appropriate solutions
-Ability to build strong peer-to-peer relationships (becoming a credible trusted adviser)
-;Proven business development and marketing skills within Professional services
-Project and programme management skills
-Ability to be both analytical and creative in providing marketing collateral for local campaigns and national
