Head of Sales & Marketing - Private Members Club £excellent plus package

We are looking for a Head of Sales & Marketing for this wonderful 5* Private Members Club in Central London.

The role will be responsible for membership sales, retention and business development of events.

Key areas of focus:

  • Business development/sales
  • Development/management of the CRM database/Membership system
  • Sourcing and managing Partners
  • Managing the Membership sales team to ensure efficient practices are adopted and leads converted 
  • Working with strategic (3rd Party) partners in the promotion of the Club
  • Programming the Member Events

Required Experience:

  • Experience in proactive Sales; Club Membership sales is a plus
  • Business/Brand Development
  • Managing a sales team
  • Use of a Sales/CRM system
  • Database Management
  • Use of Financial package/financial modelling
  • Event scheduling/management
  • Marketing/Communication planning (social media)
  • Use of a Content Management System (CMS) to upload copy/images to the website

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Office
