Social Media Manager

Our client is an established digital marketing agency based in Shoreditch. They are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to get results for their clients.

The Role

You will devise a social strategy for each client, defining the content plan and working with our creative and content teams to deliver our service. You will be an expert across various social media platforms included but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat. You must always be informed on the market so we can lead from the front, this includes platform updates and changes so our client is always getting the latest service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new opportunities to benefit clients
  • Motivating an inspiring your team
  • Developing market strategy’s
  • Liaising with internal teams in order to deliver services required
  • Increasing website traffic through campaigns
  • Writing marketing content
  • Keeping informed on the market
  • Evaluating campaigns and their success based on KPI’s such as web traffic
  • Scheduling social media posts
  • Maintaining and building relationships with clients

Required Skills

  • Excellent strategy, planning, and time management
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat
  • A good understanding of paid social
  • A strong ability to present at all levels of seniority

  • Ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines
  • Capable to work as a team player and reach personal goals and targets
  • Strong written and verbal skills
