Our client is a well established and experienced agency who work with globally recognised brands across the Retail, Fashion, FMCG and Automotive sectors across the UK. Working with well known names within each sector, our client is looking for an experienced marketing manager to join their growing team.

The Role

As a Marketing Manager, your main responsibility will be to create, implement and drive forward the marketing strategy across online and offline channels.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating the marketing campaigns with the sales strategies
  • Create a wide range of marketing materials across online and offline channels
  • Managing and developing the marketing team
  • Increasing website and social traffic
  • Managing external PR agencies
  • Managing launch campaigns for new products
  • Attending various industry shows across the year
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Refining and driving internal processes, assisting the Director with formalising the marketing packages

What We are Looking for:

You will have a proven marketing background within the marketing/digital agency arena.

You will also be:

  • An effective communicator
  • Have experience managing/mentoring a small team
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Have worked for a marketing/PR/advertising agency previously
  • Worked across online and offline channels
  • Excellent organisational skills
