Event Manager - £40,000 - South West England

The events & trips you would be responsible for managing form part of broader employee engagement programmes. The delegates are all there as a reward for their hard work. You'd be there to recognise top performers and in many instances, their partners.
You'll need to be a confident person who's not afraid of hard work and varied hours (which of course is part and parcel of working in events). Clients are spread across automotive, retail, untilities and financial services, but they are all big businesses with lots of employees.
The role reports to an Event Director and will involve,
- Being office based but with regular on-site work in the UK and abroad
- Occasional weekend work with time off given in lieu
- Planning logistics
- Delegate management
- Creation of guest itineries
- Writing daily letters for event/travel guests
