The role itself will be working closely with the Head of Customer Value Propositions and a key part of your role as the Value Propositions Innovation Manager is to ensure the continued development and growth of their partnership strategy. Another aspect of this role is utilising customer insights to establish a deeper understanding of the customer needs whilst also constantly re-examining the existing framework to ensure the brand resonates with customers.

If you are an individual who relishes a challenge and wants to work for a fast growing an innovative institution then this is the role for you.  You will also ideally have a background in financial services and a good grounding in proposition development. This would be a perfect role for an insight and research specialist looking to diversify and broaden their scope.
