We are looking for someone with significant multi-site marketing experience to make a major contribution towards the attainment of the commercial objectives of this brand’s portfolio of venues. For that reason, the Marketing Manager can expect to be visiting venues throughout the working week and therefore have full autonomy for their schedules, based on project work.
Amongst the criteria to measure a venue’s performance is how much turnover is generated from dining, so we are particularly keen to hear from applicants with menu marketing experience and in particular experience of working for a restaurant or pub brand, as this background will allow the Marketing Manager to enhance their food offering. You will have strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
