An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Campaign Manager to join a leading retail business based in Norwich. The purpose of this role is to manage the email campaign production process for weekly marketing. This will involve monitoring a production schedule, clearly demonstrating the data selections that are required to fulfil the email send objectives. In addition, you'll support the marketing team in analysing campaigns and key data, drawing conclusions and presenting them in a clear and understandable format.
Build data selections and email campaigns
Set up email campaigns - scheduling, testing, tagging, deployment and reporting
Set up one time, recurring triggered and dynamic content- driven campaigns
Troubleshoot technical issues related to email execution, as required
Track and report on email campaigns in order to guide improvements
Analyse and present results
Support the marketing team to bring trends and ideas to influence campaign activity
Explore marketing technology to improve the automation and optimisation of campaigns
The successful candidate will have experience working with data analytics (SQL desirable and /or Advanced Excel) you will have worked within data management and or email /mobile campaign management roles and have the experience of running multiple projects at once.
