Head of Paid Social required for a leading independent digital agency based in Central London.

 

Key Paid Responsibilities:

  • Head up a team, mentor and train more junior members of staff on market trends and provide constructive feedback on their campaigns.
  • Ensure there is a strong understanding if the importance of Facebook.
  • Drive the revenue from Facebook campaigns across the client base,
  • Work with internal development, data and analytics teams to create a Facebook product that creates revenue for existing clients and potential new clients.
  • Help deliver pitches to clients and the ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Analyse and assess campaign data to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency

Key Requirements:

  • At least 4 years’ experience managing Paid Social Media campaigns
  • Extensive Facebook paid campaign experience
  • Previous experience managing and leading a team
  • Fantastic budget management skillset
  • Proven track record analysing campaign data and offering insights and recommendations
  • Ability to communicate confidently and creatively to both clients and the internal team
