Director of Group Marketing role at one of Europe's largest online payments solution providers.

The company is one of the leading performers within this fast-paced sector and seek a seasoned marketing fin-tech expert to drive the company integration of the brand positioning and control Group Marketing strategy.

Salary to £110,000 + bonus

Role overview

•           Manage the dependencies and relationships between the Group Brand and the full spectrum of stakeholders (including consumers, partners, merchants, regulators, governmental/regulatory bodies as well as CSR and employees)

•           The content, look and feel of the website in cooperation with Investor Relations, Corporate Communication and the business units

•           The definition and organisation of Group representations at international industry events and shows in close cooperation with the Business Owners

•           Submission of awards

•           Leading and developing a Group Marketing Team of four people remotely


Key experiences and Qualifications

•           10 years of international multi brand/multi product marketing experience ideally in payment, online payments or a related industry

•           5 years of proven record of leading an international team

•           International experience

•           Excellent communication and presentation skills

•           Hands on approach, ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

•           Ability to motivate and initiate and lead change

•           Excellent team player and interpersonal skills

•           Master in Business Administration, specialisation in Marketing or similar
