This entpreneurial financial services business based on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre are going from strength to strength and following new acquisitions they are now looking to appoint a Change Communications Manager.

Job Description:

As the Change Communications Manager you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Marketing, Commercial and HR. You will be joining the business during a period of rapid change and growth. There will be 3 main focusses to the role, 1) The communication of business projects & change projects, 2) The identification, analysis and improvemnt of existing communications strategy, 3) The introduction of new communications channels. Essentially you will be the communications lead within the business. 

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a accomplished Communications Manager with proven experience in Change Communications - ideally within a new and entrepenerial business or financial services. Above all else you will be a real pro in traditional communication channels and you'll be a very effective communicator, specifically when working with senior stakeholders.
