Social Media Campaign Manager


We are looking for a hungry and enthusiastic social media campaign manager to help our growing social marketing team deliver innovative social campaigns for our clients ranging from large world-wide consumer brands to regional businesses and councils. The role will include managing the client and building & executing social media strategies based around their requirements. We work with brands to produce stand out campaigns achieving thousands to millions of engagements per campaign.


The right skills will get us interested, but above all the right candidate will be a self-motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to help make us work smarter and better, and enjoy the ride whilst doing it. Key Responsibilities:


  • Work with clients to ensure a successful rule breaking innovative campaign
  • Work with clients to increase consumption of our services and ensure retention and develop marketing strategy/plans/campaigns
  • Manage a growing team of social media executives
  • Work closely with the director to evolve processes and systems i.e. client on-boarding, campaign planning and delivery etc


To be Successful – you will need:


  • Exceptional knowledge of the different social media channels and be a regular user of Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Facebook with a large amount of experience (minimum 3 years) of building national campaigns on them
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed project management skills and a hunger to learn more about Marketing than you currently know…
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding of how Content/Brand Marketing works
  • Experience in creating social paid ads, strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Google Ads/Analytics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within a digital marketing and/or advertising agency environment with a social media based role
