Head of Trade Marketing

We're looking for a strategic, sales and customer focused marketer with strong team management ability and an in-depth knowledge of consumer promotional activity, both in-store and on-line. This multi-faceted role is a rare opportunity to manage a team of trade marketers for a leading global consumer goods business who are renowned for their market leading products, collaborative culture and excellent customer service.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, as well as a broad and extensive range of internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for the effective execution of all brand and promotional strategy. This will include on-line, in-store, POS, brochures, which are to be carefully aligned within the brand guidelines and with the aim of influencing and optimising all consumer touch points.

Your relationship building skills will need to be first class given that you will be required to develop and maximise the true potential of the brand through the customer in the form of product launches, promotional activities, brand communications, etc. and through effective leadership, you will ensure that the trade marketing team are motivated, working collaboratively and performing to their potential.
