Online Brand Protection Executive (Beauty Brand)

My client is looking for an online brand protection executive to join their team in London. The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support to the Brand Protection Team in carrying out the online enforcement activities, to monitor various marketplaces proactively, implementing and enforcing our global anti-counterfeiting strategy and protect intellectual property.

Within this role, your main responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

·Track and monitor the online marketplaces and sellers and report infringement violation of their trademarks.

·Identify unknown/unauthorised retailers selling their products for enforcement of infringement actions.

·Assist with gathering evidence and compilation to support the infringement actions.

·Work closely with the team to identify the violations and reporting them at the earliest.

·Using multiple platforms to detect, analyse, and remove infringement violations of their trademarks.

·Marketplace management which includes, but not limited to product uploads, compliance and inventory management.

·Must have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility and initiative.

·This is a role that could change based on marketplace dynamics so the ideal person should have the willingness and ability to adapt to the changing scenario.

Essential Skills:

• Strong awareness of online marketplaces and e-commerce retailers.

• Ability to multitask and excellent time/deadline management skills.

• An experience of working effectively with external partners.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• An experience of working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in brand protection and protecting Intellectual Property rights.

• Experience in online marketplaces.

• Knowledge of legal/enforcement would be advantageous but not essential
