Our team

The Digital Marketing team is the first global team working with departments in all of our locations with the team split across the US and the UK. We work with multiple languages and offer digital marketing best practice, training and support wherever possible. The team cover all aspects of digital marketing including website content, social media, mobile applications, video production, online user experience (UX) and digital accessibility.

Role and key responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic digital marketing professional, seeking to acquire new experience and stretch themselves in a positive new environment.

Your role will be to support the internal and external communications activity of the Digital Marketing team. You will be liaising with colleagues around the world to ensure we maintain our international profile and convert that into profitable new business opportunities and long-lasting relationships.

  • To support the Digital Marketing team in the delivery of the Eversheds Sutherland global website and social media channels in multiple languages
  • Take an active role in ensuring that our content is optimised for search engines (SEO) tailored to our specific keywords
  • Proactively promote the use of digital marketing within the firm
  • Support in the delivery of analytical reports to key stakeholders
  • Using Adobe Creative Cloud and online software to design and edit social media templates and imagery, interactive e-marketing tools, e-banners and other website imagery
  • Ensure that the firms brand guidelines are met throughout our digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage and contribute to wider marketing projects as required
  • To support our ’round-the-clock’ approach to digital marketing, some out of hours support may be required for urgent enquiries

Skills and experience

We are looking for:

  • Previous digital marketing experience, ideally gained within a business-to-business environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in social media management (organic and/or paid), primarily for platforms such as LinkedIn, X and YouTube
  • A creative flair and ability to create eye-catching imagery
  • Experience in using analytical platforms to measure performance, provide usable data and improve content
  • Focused on delivery and deadlines, remaining calm and considered under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, ‘cando’ approach which inspires confidence in others
  • The ability to work with senior stakeholder management and teams in other jurisdictions to deliver projects and requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Capability to generate ideas and explain their merits with clarity and logic

Key competencies:

  • Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop), MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A good understanding of digital marketing
  • Experience of using a scheduling tools and content management systems to edit and deliver social media posts and websites
  • A good understanding of HTML
  • Excellent written, proof-reading and communication skills
  • Professional and approachable demeanour
  • Organised and efficient with a ‘right first time’ approach to quality of work and ability to manage high volumes without errors
