BD & Marketing Assistant

Salary up to £26k

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our client’s prestige offices here in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the field of marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support areas across the pitch process including research and preparing teams for pitch meetings.
• Provide support for international trip planning.
• Support event and webinar planning including creating invitations, presentation material, delegate lists etc.
• Maintain intranet pages.
• Support the coordination of publications and newsletters.
• Management of merchandise
• Setting up external webinars.
• Assisting on major campaign activities.
• Working on a CRM system
• Support teams with business development and marketing activities for projects and campaigns.
• Support & maintain the management of data within the CRM system.

Knowledge& experience:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent proof reading skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
