Our client has successfully evolved into a multi-channel operation that continues to deliver the highest quality information for the consumer food industry on a global basis. As part of their expansion programme they are now keen to recruit a Retail Analyst for their International Division.

A key aspect of the role will be to support the marketing and commercial teams with specific research, encompassing current news relevant to retailers and their markets for key international markets including South-East Asia.  This will include contributing to building social media presence across platforms in relation to the above markets and providing relevant content for retail analysis. You will also provide updated forecasts for retailers, taking into account retailer forecasts, store development programmes and analysis of market shares.

To apply, you will be intelligent and articulate and possess strong analytical skills, an enthusiasm for the retail industry and good initial experience of working within the food and grocery industry. A team player, you will be flexible and have the ability to write in a clear, concise and customer friendly style. A knowledge of a European language would be useful.
