Marketing Manager - Property Management Company

Manpower are working with a very successful and rapidly expanding Property Management Company who are now looking to grow their portfolio of clients and customers and to capitalise on their existing client database through extensive Marketing activity.

This is a new and exciting role for the business for a confident, motivated and experienced Marketing professional to join and make a real impact in business revenue through targeted marketing activity and generating quality, qualified leads for the sales team.


* Pay - £20k-£23k per annum
* Location - Nottingham
* Hours - Full time - Monday to Friday


As the Marketing Manager you will have full autonomy over the marketing budget and be provided with a brief to go away and create Marketing ideas, assets, frameworks, campaigns and promotions to deliver the required results.

All the activity will be to generate leads for the sales team, this could be through direct marketing activities such as email campaigns, competitions through social media, creating captivating content to publish and share and utilising the existing CRM database to re-engage lapsed clients.

You will need to have experience of formulating marketing strategies and be able to demonstrate how you have done this in the past to demonstrate a strong return on investment.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the existing Marketing Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have and be able to demonstrate: -

* Experience as a Marketing Manager
* Degree or equivalent Marketing qualification - not essential
* Strong marketing background with an understanding of core marketing strategies
* Ability to demonstrate they have achieved return on investment from previous campaigns
