4. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and enhance product positioning in the market.

5. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress towards targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to provide insights into sales trends and performance drivers. Requirements:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the Recruitment Sector. Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
