Account Manager

Account manager role at one of Europe's largest online payments solution and independent digital wallet providers.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with previous account management experience within the payments and / or technology sectors sector to join a company with several innovative digital wallet products.

Salary up to £45k basic plus 20% bonus and great benefits.

This position is responsible for building solid, long term relationships for their merchant accounts. 

Role Summary

·         Provide a fantastic selection of key accounts (including e-commerce and remittance etc) with a professional service and support in the day to day running of their campaigns.

·         Build and maintain a solid understanding of the companies market leading products within the payment sector along with their other solutions.

·         Liaise with other departments in order to maintain a smooth process for clients and colleagues alike.

·         Upsell key accounts into the groups wider portfolio.


Key Requirements

·         Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business / Commerce.

·         Previous account management experience essential. Not limited to but desirable within online gaming or payments.

·         Can demonstrate that you have provided effective, quality customer account support.

·         A solid understanding and passion for tech.
