Bids & Marketing Manager
This global architectural and design practice operates all over the world and is at the cutting edge of creativity in building across both the public and private sectors.
In this Bids and Marketing Manager role you will act as the second in command to the Marketing Director. You will lead on major bids and proposals, both public and private sector, both domestic and overseas. You will play an advisory role and project management role on bids. You will work with different sector groups on targeting initiatives as well as developing marketing materials, playing a strategic role on conferences and exhibition, writing award submissions and PR. You will also manage a small team.
You will have a proven track record in a Business & Development and Marketing role within the built environment, ideally within a major architectural, civil engineering or construction firm. Knowledge of transport, healthcare, education, leisure and sports sectors would be an advantage. You will have experience of managing and developing a team.
