Project Executive

Project Executive position for a leading global pharmaceutical research agency.  This is a newly created position and a great opportunity to utilise your organisational skills.  This firm is a global market leader, and has a great culture.

 As Project Executive supporting the Head of Research, your role will be varied and interesting.  It will involve building relationships across the firm, and give you great exposure to stakeholders across the business.  The role will primarily be responsible for planning and costing.  This will involve creating and updating project information, creating management reports as to the status of projects, and coordinating project timetables.  On the costing side, you will be responsible for gathering financial data, ensuring it is captured on the MIS database and create reports accordingly to track bid win/loss ratios, monitor profitability and ensure projects are kept within budget.

The ideal candidate will have gained administrative experience in an office environment, and be highly organised.  You should be skilled in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  You will enjoy working in a fast paced, sales oriented environment, and have an excellent eye for detail.  This role is based in West London.
