Sales Marketing Manager
Sing Up is a fast-growing company selling digital education and music resources to schools, teachers and vocal leaders. Sing Up believes that all children and young people should have opportunities to sing, for personal enjoyment, to support learning and to help them develop lasting tools to express themselves with confidence and creativity. We’re currently looking to recruit a talented and proactive team member to join our Marketing & Sales Team.
This senior role heads up the sales marketing strategy, working with the marketing team and wider organisation to meet sales targets and help Sing Up move into new markets. You will have a proven track-record in achieving sales growth and significant experience in lead generation through on and offline channels, plus on-the-pulse knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce. Your reporting and analysis skills will be first-rate, and your data insights will help inform strategy.
You will line-manage the Sales Marketing Executive and Customer Support Team, so will need to develop in-depth knowledge of customer trends, behaviours and motivations. You will be results and metrics-driven, leading to continuous improvement of Sing Up’s sales marketing efforts and sales pipeline.
Your marketing output – emails, adverts and printed collateral – will be of a high standard, demonstrating brand integrity and awareness, and you will be able to steer team members to uphold brand values. The role will require a highly organised individual with a passion for marketing and business strategy in an evolving marketplace.
