Technical Support/ Product Marketing Engineer - Cambridge

An innovative Semiconductor and Software company is seeking a Technical Support/Product Marketing Engineer who can utilise their technical expertise with a commercial awareness in order to promote the Clients products. The role will encompass working with the clients end users as well as acting as a liaison to internal Engineering and Operations Teams. The role requires candidates to be technical enough to understand the Clients technology, great at verbal and written communication and have a strong ability to use social media.


-Combined Technical and Commercial experience within the semiconductor industry
-Ability to demonstrate market awareness and utilise this effectively
-Experience supporting/training/advising on semiconductor related technologies
-Ability to liaise between engineering, sales and operation teams


-Recognise known end user issues and quickly resolve/advise on problems
-Interaction via social media to maintain, monitor, support and advise end users/customers
-Keeping stakeholders up to date on developments and raising priority issues with relevant internal teams
-Develop and deliver training on products and technologies to a wide range of internal teams including marketing, technical support and engineering teams
