We're looking for an established Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager with existing commercial B2C experience building a strategic marketing plan and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The role.

The right Head of Marketing will play a pivotal part in managing the marketing process to push the company’s brand forward. You’ll maintain and update the marketing plan and execute marketing campaigns. A strong emphasis will be across the website through advertising, PPC and SEO.  You will also deliver ROI on all marketing spend. You will work closely with the head of departments and external agencies so strong communication skills is a must. You will also be guiding and mentoring the junior members of the team so line management experience is highly desirable.  

The experience we need.
  • 4+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager working for a recognisable brand in-house, or for a marketing agency that works with multiple clients
  • Proven experience building a marketing plan and delivering strategic insight to build a stronger brand
  • Strong level of experience marketing across online and offline channels including social media, press, email marketing and digital
  • Effective project and budget management skills
  • Personable, creative, dynamic, reliable and confident in managing your own workload
