As the company reaches a new stage of development, an all encompassing Associate Director role has been created to collaborate with a Director and wider team on pivotal areas such as thought leadership, client and project ownership, driving growth and nurturing their unique collaborative culture. With solid general strategy experience, you will have a proven track record working on positioning, innovation and brand strategy and you will enjoy leading different types of engagements - own a project focused on innovation one day, then crack a new framework for a brand architecture, and lead a piece on internal change shortly thereafter. This role is the best of two worlds – on one hand being highly collaborative as you work alongside a Director and with a wider team, and on the other hand having the freedom that comes with true ownership to shape things as you see fit.
