Pineapple Careers is proud to be partnering with a well-known organisation based in Crawley that is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager on a full-time permanent basis. Are you a motivated and target-driven individual? Commercially focussed? Have a consultative approach to sales? Want to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment in a modern and vibrant office? Then we would love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying senior-level decision markers within the target company
  • Attend and network at industry events involving existing partners
  • Enhance and retain partner relationships and drive profit margins
  • Event delivery with on-site events teams
  • Delivery presentations to potential clients explaining how the partnership could benefit them
  • Source and approach new clients
  • Manage new clients through the sales process
  • Develop and maintain long-term mutually beneficial working relationships with key clients
  • Sponsorship Sales
  • Act as a Key Account Manager for all of your clients
  • Stay up to date with the industry news
  • Work closely with the Production team to ensure a full understanding of each relevant Event

  • Previous B2B sales experience

  • The ability to communicate with senior-level decision-makers

Salary & Benefits:

  • £25,000 – £40,000 basic plus commission
  • Year 1 OTE £50,000 – £70,000
  • Permanent
