A creative digital agency in Maidstone are on the lookout for a Digital Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. The agency specialises in creative, design & build and User Experience. These specialisms have them in high demand from blue chip clients of all sectors from broadcasting firms to Internationally renowned technology organisations.

Although they work for Brands all over the world, this agency pride themselves on their close-knit team and family culture in their Maidstone office.


- Development and improvements of design systems.
- Design of compelling digital campaigns across mobile, web and tablet.
- Research and exploration of best practices in interactive design.
- Contribute to new business development and work with teams on new business pitches.
- Providing feedback to drive successful designs and design systems.
- Assist line manager, client services and project managers in the scoping of projects efficiently and accurately.
- An understanding and demonstrable understanding of brands and the importance of on-brand design.
- Identify inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.

Experience Required:

• A three-year college degree in Design, Interaction Design, Visual Studies or another design-related field preferred.
• Expert user of Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
• At least 2-3 year of professional design experience, including at least 2 year of professional web design experience.
• An understanding of UX methodologies and practises
• An understanding of brands and the importance of on-brand design.
• Demonstrated success in leading design effort on collaborative multi-functional teams including project planning.
• Exceptional information presentation (visual and written) experience.
• Ability to think conceptually and globally about projects
