Account Manager
You will be responsible for the day-to-day contact between the client and the agency for all digital initiatives and deliverables. Digital Account Managers are detail-oriented and instrumental in helping to develop and execute digital marketing plans, project schedules, and day to day communication. You will require prior experience in managing website builds, digital campaigns, development and design projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain strong client relationships through comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Responsible for coordinating project deliverables and ensuring the terms of agreement are fulfilled by the agency.
- Work with Digital team to define project approach and develop intricate and all-encompassing project plans.
- Oversee all phases of project discovery, design, digital production and launch.
- Lead status and performance meetings, summarising campaign results and next steps with respect to client budgets, goals and objectives.
- Clearly articulate strategic vision to client and internal teams while remaining within budget and scope.
- Responsible for documenting, updating, and communicating project scope and budgets to client and internal team.
- Collaborating with a team of digital experts to optimise client results.

Job Requirements

- 4+ years of account management experience.
- 1-2 years working on the agency side.
- A strong background in developing advertising strategies and managing interactive projects (Web Development, Creative Design, SEO, SEM, Remarketing, Social Media, Digital Display and Video).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress and Magento.
- A hunger to identify opportunities to grow clients' business online.
- Leadership with an internal team to crafting custom digital solutions based on client needs.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
