Account Manager - Media
This is an opening to join a global media network to support the planning and handling of blue chip accounts. You will manage & monitor the workload of the team, as well as help to develop their skill sets, and create the opportunity for strategy and specialists to contribute fully to driving collaboration and building strong client relationships.
You will play a key role in supporting your Associate Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs, and manage clients' communications plans including timelines and budget. You will reviews client plans and uses understanding of the clients' business to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working. You will oversee the management and delivery of ongoing media plans and works with specialist teams to optimise performance, and ensure ongoing delivery of integrated communications planning across all outputs. A key part will be leading on smaller client accounts and effectively run client meetings, and allocate team resource to ensure delivery of data, information, projects against client deadlines. You'll also act as a trusted adviser to clients to build relationships, manage internal interactions and conversations with other markets as needed. You'll also enjoy setting examples to your team to keep abreast of current and future industry thinking and trends, and effectively manage senior execs, execs and assistants.
What we're looking for
You will need a few years under your belt within a digital capacity, and be adept with planning media campaigns across the diverse digital landscape which will encompass a wide range of platforms and devices. Needless to say, you will need to have natural planning ability, gravitas, as well as strong expertise in creating engaging planning processes. Previous digital media agency experience would be ideal, but we will also consider client-side based digital marketers with skills in the afore mentioned areas.
