Our client is one of the regions largest and most progressive integrated brand and communications agencies servicing some great clients across traditional graphic design and digital media. Our client works with some of the top blue chip companies including leisure, FMCG, automotive and retail. Well structured and managed agency in a vibrant office environment.

Our client are looking for an innovative, ambitious and commercially-driven data planner/strategist to boost our growing data and insight offer. Among other responsibilities, this leadership role will involve pioneering and managing data marketing propositions for our global blue chip client base.

You will be responsible for leading the new data function,  supporting account teams, identifying and selling data solutions to their clients. Designing innovative, data-led customer journeys and campaigns across multiple channels, both on and offline. Working across design, insight and data analysis projects to drive client activity. Creating and using reporting tools and data to measure and review client marketing performance. Interpreting and presenting data analysis findings and recommendations to clients. You will be working with the insight team, using data techniques to enhance marketing activity and realise its potential. Designing, implementing and evaluating client test plans.

You will be working closely with the creative, insight and account management teams, applying data to enhance marketing activity and realise its potential. You will be working with technical delivery teams to support data infrastructure requirements.

You will have a good understanding of CRM, direct and digital marketing an excellent ability to design, undertake and interpret data analysis, segmentation and modelling to improve marketing and business performance, a strong understanding of campaign targeting, testing, analysis and evaluation and a sound working knowledge of data analysis tools (particularly SAS or SPSS), techniques and methodologies. You will have a good understanding of digital/web analytic techniques and tools, combined with experience of delivering findings and integrating them with more traditional market research. You will also have an understanding of marketing decision tools and techniques and data and campaign management software.
