Quant Research Manager, Customer Experience - Consumer and B2B
Leading full service insight group currently enjoying unprecedented growth with increased revenues from existing clients and a number of significant new wins is continuing to expand their teams across the business. With a solid reputation as commercial thinkers, not just data providers, their expertise extends across customer experience, brand and communication, corporate reputation and employee engagement.
This particular role is to predominantly partner with one of their most fascinating, knowledge hungry clients, a key challenger financial services brand on a range of new complex and strategic projects (consumer and B2B). This is an ideal opportunity to showcase and further build your customer experience skillset, delivering client ready outputs, including engaging reports and presentations, infographics and interactive workshops, as well as building strong relationships with the client through regular project related contact and engaging a wide range of stakeholders. You will be a quantitative specialist with an appreciation of qualitative methods – a willingness to join up insight from multiple projects for the client will be crucial. As an ambitious researcher hungry to learn from their diverse experts within the team and get involved in mentoring, spotting new business opportunities and writing proposals, this role has all the elements you seek to deliver inspirational and actionable stories whilst achieving the rapid career progression you are capable of.
