Senior Brand Manager
This exciting opportunity will be responsible for shaping the Marketing Plan and driving its delivery and objectives. You will also be responsible for meeting the requirements of customers/ consumers and delivering a services that retains and increased the organisations reputation. This will be through both campaigns/ product development via both personal performance and the effective leadership of the Marketing team.
Additional responsibilities will include:-
-Contribute to the delivery of the vision and business plan
-Ensure the brand team operating objectives and standards of performance are followed
-Develop marketing plans to achieve strategic objectives
-To implement agreed marketing activities from the marketing plan
-Manage relationships with external agencies
-Monitor performance versus key objectives
-Manage marketing budget and produce regular reports on brands and competitors product mix and NPD
-Responsible for recruitment, induction and training and development
-Manage consumer insight data relevant to own brands and products.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience within FMCG. You will be a commercial candidate with evidence of the ability to deliver pro active and reactive marketing support. You must be able to analyse and evaluate data as well as being able to meet financial targets.
