Consumer Insight Manager - Quant - FTSE 100 Clientside
This is an all encompassing, meaty clientside role with one of the UK’s most successful publicly listed companies. Operating across the real estate sector, they manage, develop and finance a major portfolio of retail, office and prime residential properties. You will be joining an expert Insight team whose influence across their lean corporate function enjoys much strength and depth, informing the optimisation of asset performance, investment decisions and strategic direction.
Reporting to the Head of Insight and as one of three Insight Managers, this role specifically focuses on the collation, understanding and communication of consumer data, driving their insight culture up to the most senior levels and contributing to the development of the office and retail strategies, brand positioning and external positioning. With significant experience of delivering f2f and online quant, you will be adept across full programme development and delivery including requirements gathering, agency briefing, survey construction and sign-off, report writing and presenting to stakeholders. With a client or consultancy background, you will have strong analytical skills and experience in handling consumer and market data from multiple sources however this can have been in a non-property sector as provided you’re smart, savvy and switched on, their training and development will take care of sector expertise. You will enjoy building links and relationships with all areas of the business and whilst you will be joining one of the UK’s biggest companies in terms of the balance books, this is actually a uniquely close-knit, supportive team where collaboration is the norm. You will be working at the very cutting-edge of the sector and few companies can match the scale, scope and sophistication of their work.
