As part of their team specialising in brand and customer experience insight projects, you will be primarily working on a highly valued global customer experience programme for an automotive manufacturer. You will be part of a wider team, who look after 100+ markets for multiple brands around the world. The programme is well established, having been running for a number of years and has a forward-thinking approach to client delivery and account management.
With an agency or clientside background, you will have an excellent understanding of the research process, from design to delivering insight and be experienced with working on large-scale multi-market projects. Familiarity with different customer contact methodologies is essential and SPSS skills ideal. The resources available to keep on developing your own skills and the projects you are involved with are limitless, meanwhile this is a lovely, sociable team you will thoroughly enjoy being part of. This role is offered on a maternity cover contract.
