Continued success has resulted in a need for another mid-level researcher with a distinctly qualitative bias including plenty of focus group moderation experience. Your background could be any number of environments…client, consultancy and/or agency. You will be running and driving projects day to day and working with both more senior and junior people to deliver the insights.

As you skills and confidence grows, you will be keen to develop your client relationship and business development skills including presenting and proposal writing enabling your progression to client leadership. Knowledge of a wide range of approaches including ethnographic and online would be great and any experience of customer journey and/or international projects would be a bonus. You'll be excited by applying research and insight to clients' issues, not just 'doing' research.
