This rapidly expanding consultancy with an ever growing global presence, works with many of the world’s leading retailers, helping them to capitalise on their customer transactional and loyalty data to create insight to optimise both marketing and overall business strategy. Forecast to grow exponentially over the next 2 years the company is seeking an individual who will lead a team of data analysts, working with clients across Europe, as well as the lead the development of new analytical services.

Your role will be two fold, firstly to take charge of the delivery of analysis to the highest standard, using the available customer and loyalty data sources to achieve the clients’ goals whilst developing, managing and motivating your team. Secondly, you will lead the development of new analytical processes delivering new products and services, testing programmes, building new models and approaches.

You will currently be educated to degree level and have a number of years’ analytical experience, working with retail data and preferably grocery retail data. Exceptional individuals from other industry sectors will be considered. You will have proven experience of working in a SAS environment and be familiar with advanced statistics; including clustering, regression and other multivariate techniques.
