We are working with a growing and successful marketing consultancy that helps its clients use customer data to grow their businesses. They help their clients to win, grow and keep customers based on a fundamental understanding of customer attitudes and behaviour. The consultancy also provides clients with end-to-end solutions covering proposition development, market research, data analysis, and database hosting and managed IT services supporting customer facing processes.
As a result of their continued growth they are seeking a Communications Planner to support their Planning Director, to play a key role in the development of communications strategies for their global clients. Specifically this will entail leading the client planning process, developing data driven communication plans and targeting strategies, working collaboratively with the client services team and analysts and creating project briefs for campaigns, customer communications and CRM activity.
They are seeking someone who has client facing skills and proven experience of developing customer journeys, coupled with campaign strategy development. You will be comfortable of working with customer data, and analysts and keen to extend your experience of CRM and loyalty marketing. The culture of the consultancy is informal and they have an enviable client list.
