Working for one of the UK's biggest start-up success stories, a Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Consumer Growth will lead a high performing marketing team delivering best in class marketing campaigns covering digital, offline, ATL & Partnerships.

The Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Consumer Growth will have very strong experience in working with multi-million pound budgets, driving customer acquisition campaigns, driving conversion, reducing CPA and overall marketing cost. All this activity is essential to fuel their aggressive 2017 growth plans.


The Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Consumer Growth will:

-Define both the acquisition strategy and the delivery via key channels to improve KPI's
-Implement and execute campaigns across multiple channels - including digital (full spectrum), offline, ATL and re-marketing/referrals.
-Analyse performance of these campaigns, quickly identifying new areas for improvement
-Work with a variety of internal stakeholders (design, product, content, tech) to ensure messaging is constantly updated and optimised
-Driving content development, including analysing effectiveness of all creative
-Be the lead on all things 'testing'


Candidates for the Head of Acquisition / Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Consumer Growth role must have:

-Proven experience running and optimising campaigns across multiple channels
-Expert knowledge of growing a customer base
- Strong experience in a start-up environment driving high growth
- Top tier academics from a redbrick university essential, ideally with a maths/science focus
-A highly analytical mindset, constantly analysing data to improve performance
-A strong focus on testing and data driven decision making, as well as CRO principles
-A creative mind- and be great problem solvers and comfortable with data
-Comfort in a fast paced start-up environment where responsibility for delivery stops with you.
