Our client is a forward-thinking, stand-out social housing association based in central Manchester, looking to recruit a creative Senior Marketing Business partner with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-channel marketing role. The purpose of the role will be to oversee the team of marketing business partners to support the operational teams in promoting their service areas in an engaging and effective way to a variety of audiences (internal and external); directing marketing activity and campaigns across multiple channels and measuring and analysing results to ensure continual improvement. Salary up to £40,000.

The successful candidate will have marketing experience pre-dominantly in the commercial housing sector, although experience in the social housing sector would be beneficial.
This role will report to the Group Head of Communications and Marketing. Key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

-The day-to-day line management of the two marketing business partners.
-Leading the production and execution of marketing plans and targeted campaigns for current and future developments under the sub-brands.
-Working closely with the winder growth team to develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the full product range for homes for sale and rent, including specification, target market and key features and benefits for use in marketing communications.
-Producing and maintaining a full range of high quality assets for all developments for use within on and offline advertising.
-Ensuring that each sub-brand is distinctive and compelling in their own right as well as positioned as part of the over-arching brand family.
-Developing comprehensive briefs for all stakeholders, both internal and agency 3rd parties that clearly articulate objectives, requirements, budget and timings.
-Effective project management and efficiently resolving issues in a decisive manner.
-Identifying customer segments and develop strategies to communicate with them via the appropriate channels (both on and off-line).
-Managing and maintaining content for the relevant sections of the One Manchester website to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.
-Leading and directing the delivery of external events and conferences.
-Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each operational area in conjunction with the group head of marketing and communications.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

-Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts with a minimum five years' experience in a similar multi-channel marketing role.
-Previous experience of line management of similar marketing roles.
-Previous experience of marketing for a housing association / property developer would be advantageous.
-An excellent communicator with outstanding attention to detail, who works well in a team and with a wide range of people and has sound business awareness.
-The ability to think creatively, inspire others and be interested in what motivates people.
-Be persuasive and diplomatic with excellent project delivery and time management skills.
