Our client is looking to recruit a Digital Customer Experience Manager to develop and lead a new digital customer experience strategy. In this role you will take ownership of all digital channels and be responsible for tracking all digital campaigns.

This is fantastic opportunity for a candidate with great social skills and a get up and go attitude.

The Digital Customer Experience Manager will:

  • Be responsible for shaping and managing a new digital customer team
  • Develop additional digital services using the customer experience platform
  • Ensure customers have a consistent experience across traditional and digital customer service channels
  • Work with numerous departments from across the organisation to provide professional advice and guidance across all digital customer issues
  • Propose new approaches to the digital customer experience to meet departmental and corporate objectives
  • Be responsible for developing and maintaining the councils digital marketing and communications channels including the approach to social media and email marketing

Required skills and experience:

  • Managing digital customer experience
  • Digital expert with a range of experience across multiple customer facing digital channels
  • Excellent client liaison skills
  • Experience developing and implementing research and data driven digital customer strategies
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital trends
  • Confident in google analytics
  • Knowledge of user experience as well as HTML, CSS and SEO
  • Excellent knowledge of social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting and developing professional staff
  • Exceptional organisation skills
