An exciting opportunity has become available as a Marketing Executive at one of Europe's leading financial providers. You will be assisting with the companies marketing and communications operations in the heart of London.

Reporting directly to the Head of PR & Marketing, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the companies marketing processes and internal communications as well as the website and extranet.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all company presentation materials and external data providers are kept up-to-date with current information, statistics and figures
  • Monitor press coverage and record all relevant clippings
  • Support client events
  • Ensure Salesforce includes all current deals and provide statistical analysis when necessary
  • Create and internally distribute the bi-weekly European newsletter
  • Liaise with European offices
  • Maintain company website
  • Monitor enquiries and ensure responses are delivered
  • Prepare monthly press/marketing reports
  • Update the company CRM

Desired Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • CRM experience - ideally Salesforce
  • CMS experience - ideally Wordpress

  • Highly organised with the ability to problem solve and manage time effectively
