Our client specialises in producing and selling the very best natural health food products in the UK and across Europe.The company is at an exciting stage of its development. They are significantly expanding their Partner network and on-line business sales covering UK and Europe. To this end they are currently seeking a creative and innovative Marketing & Communications co-ordinator with proven success of developing, leading and monitoring strategic marketing throughout all areas of sales & marketing. This role is full time with approx 3 days per week being spent on the marketing initiatives and the other 2 days dealing with customers providing customer service and phone sales. We are seeking a proactive individual who thrives on on-line marketing as well as doing customer service and sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing company. Reporting directly to the Director, you will have proven experience in online marketing, writing blogs, coordinating marketing campaigns, social media and enthusiasm with proactive customer sales. Any knowledge, interest or experience in the natural health sector is desirable but not essential. Work areas: · Working with the team to develop sales messages for our landing pages to increase traffic and sales. · Writing sales campaign briefs, press releases and articles for different media. ? · Relationship building including linking with bloggers, influencers, VIPs etc online to increase digital presence and website traffic. · Leading and implementing our social media strategy (facebook, Instagram, tic toc, etc) and working with staff to increase sales and awareness through this route. ? · Strategic planning and coordination, including tracking agreed KPIs in all areas of sales and marketing. · Monitoring current trends and competition and analysing next development stages for the company. · Working with and managing external marketing agencies and programmers. This position can be offered as a part time or full time role. Salary level is set according to distance to the office and level of skills and experience.
