This marketing team is growing and as such require an organised Marketing Coordinator to join their team.
Our client specialises in finance and workforce management, and is undertaking a real period of growth. Having recruited over 60 new members of staff within the last 6 months, it's now time to bolster their marketing team with three new people, with the role of Marketing Coordinator being one of them. The marketing team covers activities across the marketing mix and has specialists within bid management, CRM and telemarketing, as well as marketing generalists. The Marketing Coordinator will provide a broad range of communications, PR and marketing support, including supporting the Marketing and Bid teams and acting as first point of contact for the marketing team, as well as taking responsibility for the production of a weekly staff e-newsletter. You will edit and proofread documents for the bid team and will be responsible for updating the company intranet site.
What we're looking for
This role would suit candidates with 6-12 months within marketing who can also demonstrate strong administrative skills, or someone with a strong admin background with a good understanding of marketing. You'll need to be able to demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills and be eager to develop within a marketing role.
