This high growth retailer has taken the world of ecommerce by storm, and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take this growth even further. After 8 short months of trading they’re already close to hitting seven figures of revenue per month.

About the Role...

All digital acquisitions are currently outsourced and the business would like to bring these in house to have more control. Reporting into the VP of Performance, you will be looking after…

  • Digital Acquisitions – strategy to execution
  • Paid Search – building the account from scratch
  • Facebook Marketing – with beautiful media rich ads, this has been a real win for them so far
  • All other paid social advertising – Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest
  • Affiliates & Partnerships
  • Programmatic Display
  • Building a team to support with the execution  
  • A large growing budget, you will have to balance the scale and the strict CPA targets
  • International growth - last month they went live across 4 new countries 

About You…

  • Hands on and has broad experience across Performance Marketing
  • Knows analytics and elements of CRO/ UX
  • Start-up experience - know how to make things works with limited resources
  • Obsessed with ROI for DR campaigns, knowing how to build a strong brand campaign
