Senior Creative Designer – Enterprise Clients

Are you an expert and highly skilled creative graphic designer with a keen eye for innovation? Can you bring fresh and imaginative ideas to sales campaigns and C-Suite meeting collateral?

Being the senior graphic designer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative and captivating creative solutions to bring crucial business information to life, while crafting memorable experiences for Aon’s largest and most complex clients.

Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting design for business proposals and finalist presentations, as well as strategic client meetings. You will use your skills to build tailored and bespoke assets using innovative techniques. We are specifically looking for candidates with  bid and proposal experience.

What the day will look like

As a Senior Creative Designer some of your key responsibilities will involve:

• Professional, confident and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
• Possess a strong portfolio of work, demonstrating visual concepts, typography and page layout and composition
• You will demonstrate high attention to detail with typography, colour and imagery
• Willing to seek out and acquire knowledge, innovate and bring new ideas wherever you can
• Customer service focused, and able to collaborate closely and influence colleagues at all levels
• Understanding of the role of a brand within an organisation and the importance of consistent corporate identity and communications.
• Ability to work creatively in a team environment, including co-working on projects, co-developing ideas, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Possess a solid understanding of modern professional print production – collaborating with external printers on packaging and other printed materials
• You will demonstrate a good understanding of digital design, motion graphic, video production, editing and website building a definite bonus

How this opportunity is different

• Acting as a consultant to our stakeholders, you will have the ability to take a design brief from an initial kick off meeting through to delivery of final artwork, whilst maintaining the integrity of the firms’ brand.
• A proactive problem solver and produce credible, creative design solutions that elevate Aon’s value proposition
• Collaboratively work alongside the Bid manager/lead in running each bid design, ensuring that the design is representative of the win strategies, key messages that is wrapped up in strong visual theme.
• You will occasionally be required to work alongside other pitch teams to deliver engaging pitch materials to both new and existing clients.
• You will also be required to participate in day-to-day project management of bid designs, working within the firms bid process.
