Graphic Designer - Bolton

Our client, a specialist sportswear brand, are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join their team based in Bolton. They've had an extremely successful year and are now looking to grow their market share in the UK and internationally, and are looking to appoint a Graphic Designer to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join a market leader in the sports industry.

Key Responsibilities
*Take responsibility for all creative campaigns relating to the Company's marketing activities;
*Engage with the Marketing Executive and Creative Director to help create fully integrated media campaigns across the Company's sales channels;
*Oversee and execute the product photography and video production for all existing and newly launched products;
*Design and produce all product and marketing collateral, both digital and printed, in accordance with the Company's Brand Guidelines.
*Assist with the design of customised team kit for a range of customers.
*Execute updates to the various Brand websites as and when required.
*Manage the work of the Company's Junior Graphic Designer.

Core Competencies & Experience
*A degree in graphic design.
*Excellent IT Skills, specifically Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
*Ability to create & produce creative campaigns and creative artwork.
*Good creativity & innovation.
*Excellent time management & organisational skills.
*Accuracy & attention to detail is essential.
*An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.
*Good copywriting skills & the ability to take creative direction.
*An understanding of marketing across all media including social media campaigns.
*Professional approach to time and deadlines with the ability to work within a time pressured and reactive environment.
*Ability to interpret briefs accurately.
*Reasonable knowledge of the sports goods industry and ideally the cycling, triathlon or running markets.
*Knowledge of email campaign software such as Mail Chimp would be advantageous.
*Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
