Marketing Assistant, SME, B2C financial servcies, Altrincham - c. £20k
Our Client, a specialist B2B financial services organisation marketing to high net-worth individuals, requires a Marketing Assistant based at the company's headquarters in Altrincham.
The Role includes variety right across the marketing mix - communications, PR, website updating, CRM and DM campaign administration. You will also be expected to be client-facing over the telephone for incoming campaign responses etc, although NB, this is not a sales role.
The Ideal Candidate must therefore be extremely well-spoken, assured, confident and supportive. Strong digital marketing, social media and database management skills are crucial, as is the ability to write a clear, concise and economical press-release or blog article. Attention to detail is critical. Our client assumes that the successful candidate will be a graduate in marketing, PR or digital media, although this is not essential. To be considered you MUST have a minimum of 12-18 months' prior successful marketing campaigns experience.
This is a terrific career stepping-stone for a bright and enthusiastic marketer who has great energy, a team-playing personality and the ability to hit tight deadlines when under pressure. The role may also suit a more experienced candidate who is a returner to work (after maternity?) who wishes to work flexible hours - perhaps 28-30 per week - for the same salary on a pro-rata basis (i.e. £20k for 30 hours per week).
